Tigers Eye Description

TIGERS EYE was designed to offer guests the ultimate escape in complete luxury. The main deck offers a full beam, spacious salon with wetbar and barstools, formal dining for eight, day head and country kitchen. The interior offers exquisite cherry wood complimented with rich fabrics, creating a warm, comfortable and tranquil environment. The aft deck offers al fresco dining for eight and access to the wide swim platform. The foredeck is ideal for sunbathing on the luxurious tanning pad.

TIGERS EYE accommodates up to 9 guests in 4 elegant staterooms situated on the lower deck and configured as a King master, a VIP Queen, and two Twin staterooms. One Twin stateroom has a Pullman berth, the other Twin is convertible. She offers superior comfort and privacy for each guest. Each stateroom has en suite facilities finished in granite, plenty of storage, and individual climate controls. Every stateroom also includes an entertainment system; the King Master boasting a 42´ flat screen television.

The upper deck offers a comfortable skylounge and bar from where guests can observe the captain navigating the vessel when underway. Aft is the jacuzzi and seating area, perfect for cocktails under the stars.

Captain: Steve Eggen
Captain Steve hails from Wisconsin. Before getting into the yachting industry Steve worked extensively on the Mississippi, Illinois and Chicago rivers, starting as a deckhand, then worked his way up to engineer and later as towboat captain. He was Captain of several commercial operations along the Tombigbee Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. He discovered the yachting industry in the mid 90´s and has traveled extensively along the US East Coast and in the Bahamas. He is looking forward to giving his charter guests an enjoyable and memorable charter experience on board Tigers Eye.

First Mate: Bradley Hinton
From Ormand by the Sea, Florida, Brad has been an avid boater since his early childhood. He has extensive maritime experience from the 8 years he spent working on off shore deep sea fishing vessels, taking guests out to chase their dream catch. Lured by the charms of the yachting industry he worked onboard several private yachts learning from the Captains along the way. With a passion for diving and fishing Brad will be sure to show you a ‘reel’ good time!

Chef: Jodi Burton – Freelance
Originally from Toledo, Ohio Chef Jodi has spent the majority of her life in S. Florida. She fell into yachting while working at a gourmet store where a Captain fell in love with her food and persuaded her to join his boat. Since then she has never looked back. Her travel experiences and exposure to different cultures have broadened her menu as well as her extensive experience working on many yachts.

Yacht terms: Plus Expenses

The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures.
