Unwavering is a luxury 50ft Sunreef sailing yacht, ideal for exclusive luxury getaways. Her clever bridge deck and superstructure design allows for a superior level of comfort onboard whereas the generous teak use, high bulwarks and classy lines underscore her modern style with a classic edge. Her saloon design creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience as it opens both onto the comfortable bow terrace and onto the yacht’s cockpit which is extended by a hydraulic aft platform creating a beach club. The hulls provide impressive volumes to set up a custom layout including airy, luxurious guest cabins and an opulent master suite with an immense bathroom. While housing the main helm, the large flybridge is definitely dedicated to leisure with more than enough space for 6 guests to enjoy, a fully-equipped wet bar and large sunpads. Multiple water toys including a e-foil and sea scooters provide endless entertainment for every water sport enthusiast. From snorkelling to exploring on a paddle board, you will find a wide variety of activities to enjoy your time on Unwavering. Captain: Adam Hughes
Chef/First Mate: Rosie Kirk
Rosie & Adam met in Croatia whilst both working as Yacht Captains. Their personal and professional relationships blossomed and they became the ultimate Crewed Yacht Team.
Adam grew up in Lancashire and was lucky to get into Dinghy Sailing from a young age. After completing his degree in International Computer Science, he soon realized that “office life” was not for him. Adam enjoyed the outdoor life and worked as a Watersports Instructor in the Mediterranean. Adam moved into the yachting industry in 2015 and worked as a Captain and Yacht Team Manager. He spent many years combining his summers working on yachts with winters’ managing hotels and bars in European Ski resorts. His love of cocktails blossomed here.
Rosie lives in Cowes, Isle of Wight, the home to UK sailing and therefore has been very fortunate to spend all of her life on the water. Rosie studied Fashion at University, however, was always drawn back to the sea! After Rosie completed her Yachtmaster Offshore in 2017, she decided to take a few months out of her office job to work as a Yacht Captain in Croatia, this was the moment Rosie knew a career in Yachting was for her! Rosie attended Professional Yacht Chef Training at Ashburton Chefs Academy and now uses her creativity in her food where she loves to use fresh and local ingredients whenever she can. During COVID times Rosie kept herself busy with a 16 week online pastry course and went on to write and publish her first cookbook app “Baking on Boats”
Rosie & Adam first sailed the Caribbean in 2019 and have been found there ever since and have extensive knowledge of the BVI. They love to combine their love of adventure and passion for food which creates an unforgettable experience for all guests who choose to travel with them.

An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. Christmas 2023
This has truly been one of the best trips we have ever been on as a family! Adam and Rosie went over and above to make it so special and fun, creating memories which we will cherish forever.
Rosie is an unbelievable chef and her dishes, apps and cocktails were the most delicious, from lamb to sea bass to grouper tacos every meal was perfect.
Adam was always making sure we had all the toys ready for ocean fun. The flite board, sea scooters and snorkelling were awesome.

Where to even begin? The boat is stunning and every detail taken care of. The food & decor to the toys on the boat you can tell have been carefully thought of. Speaking of toys, the snorkel gear and specifically the fliteboard were the favourites of our group. We never wanted to be off the boat because of the comfort and enjoyability of the boat, we longed to be back on just hanging out when we did go to shore. Adam & Rosie pushed this trip over the top! Their care and attentiveness was incredible. Adam was constantly working to get us what we needed and cleaning up after us. Rosie was making magic in the kitchen each and every meal! ´Unwavering: As you indicated, the vessel itself more than met our needs, and was new, well appointed, and ideal for a group of our size. There was one cabin adjacent to the eating area, which was a little bit awkward to access, but we learned that was normally the crew´s cabin which they had vacated, so that we could enjoy the full size bed in that cabin, in lieu of an alternate one which had bunk beds. No big deal.
The Crew: Adam and Rosie were amazing. Both have first class service skills, and were genuinely interested in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Adam served as Captain, dining room server, tender skipper and itinerary planner. Every evening he would have a map after dinner showing us where we had been that day, what the weather forecast was for the next day, and where we would be going. His selection of coves to spend the days and evenings in were idyllic and mesmerising. He did a fabulous job having all the water toys available the moment we anchored, and could not have been any more gracious in tendering us to land for activities. One day he even took us on a hiking trip (on Peter Island) so everyone could stretch their legs. Rosie served as the cook. I think we were caught off guard by the fabulous meals we had 3X a day, along with specialty cocktails and appetizers each day. Rosie also magically cleaned the cabins while we ate breakfast, threw a party that we all got invitations to on our cabin beds the last evening, and made first class gourmet meals. We learned that Unwavering is owned by ´ ´ and if by any chance you have their contact info., please share with them what stellar staff they have who take meticulous care of Unwavering. They treat the yacht as their own, and take tremendous pride in keeping it in A-1 shape. Adam and Rosie were so outstanding that the group decided to try to take another trip the year after next with them ( and Unwavering). The only thought for improvement is that the forms we completed ahead of time citing our food preferences were probably unnecessary inasmuch as Rosie had a healthy, well executed array of pre planned menus.
So that´s it in a nutshell!! Thank you again for everything. If you can stand us, we hope to be back at your doorstep in about 12 months making a new reservation! Best, RK”

What a fabulous week!! Unwavering is a spectacular boat with so many special touches everywhere (fluffy blankets, beautiful table settings, rainshowers!) Not surprisingly it was the people, Adam & Rosie, who made this a trip we’ll always remember. Incredibly knowledgable, so expert on all things sailing and unbelievably helpful, friendly and always ready to ensure we had what we needed before we even knew we needed it! Oh - and the food! Gourmet meals, fresh and so beautifully presented. Thank you to the owners for sharing your yacht & procuring the best crew ever! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime.

AMAZING! What can be said for the best ever Captain & Chef team in the BVI? Everything was perfection! The champagne & treats greeting, to every meal being a “photoshoot” and delicious. The crew was professional. Well organised, delightful to talk to. And worked constantly to ensure our trip was that of a lifetime. Unwavering is the best boat with every feature upscaled and beautiful! But, all exceptional boats need a Captain(s) with outstanding talents and Adam has what it takes. And, Rosie is a Captain and also a talented chef. Loved this trip!

Truly the trip of a lifetime! The beauty, the comfort, the engineering/technology of this yacht is truly amazing - all of the extra special touches - toiletries, the decor, table settings - made us feel like treasured guests. The welcome & care provided by Adam & Rosie was superb, always warm and helpful. The meals were unimaginably delicious. Every meal was “over the top” spectacular and Adam was always ready with a cup of tea for me, I will remember that forever! Where do we begin? From the first welcome aboard to the final snorkel and flite board ride - and all of the simply AMAZING meals - it was absolute perfection! What a special time spent on Unwavering! It was such a gift spending time with family on the beautiful waters of Turks & Caicos. Unwavering is awesome - such a beautiful boat - and Adam and Rosie are such a delight to be with! Rosie’s meals. Desserts and snacks were delicious and were works of art!!
