From the vibrant heart of Argentina, Galo lives for three things: adventure, movement, and the raw beauty of the natural world. Growing up surrounded by generations of sailors, the ocean wasn´t just in his blood - it was his calling. What started as childhood summers on the water transformed into a full-blown love affair with navigation and water sports, eventually pulling him away from the ordinary and into a life most people only dream about.
Now based in the stunning Bahamas, Galo has turned his passion into his profession. He´s not just steering vessels - he´s sharing an experience, creating moments where guests can truly connect with the sea and everything it offers. Currently training as a diver, he´s constantly expanding his skills and deepening his relationship with the underwater world.
But Galo´s talents don´t stop at the helm. He´s equally at home in the galley, experimenting with flavors and techniques, and he has this genuine gift for making everyone feel welcome - whether you´re eight or eighty. His energy is infectious, his knowledge runs deep, and his commitment to creating unforgettable maritime adventures is absolute.

With Chilean and Italian heritage, Ally´s love for cooking was practically destiny. But her story gets even better - she spent her first three years living on a sailboat in French Polynesia, where turquoise waters and island rhythms became her first language. That early connection to the ocean never let go.
Over the past decade, Ally has sailed the world - French Polynesia (twice), Fiji, Kiribati, the Marshall Islands, the Mediterranean, and two years exploring the Bahamas - collecting recipes and culinary inspiration at every port. Her cooking style? Fresh, colorful, modern twists on traditional favorites, with an emphasis on ingredients that taste as good as they look.
As a Marine Biologist, Ally´s passion for the ocean runs deeper than most. She surfs, dives, and advocates fiercely for healthy marine environments. But what really sets her apart is how she brings all of this together - her knowledge of the sea, her culinary creativity, and her genuine care for people. She´s endlessly flexible with dietary needs and restrictions, and her mission is simple: incredible food, happy guests, and unforgettable experiences on the water.

Yacht terms: All Inclusive
An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. The listed rate may not include all local taxes, cruising permits, premium beverages and scuba activities. Inquire for more information.

ALL Rates are +14% Bahamian Tax
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 4 (inquire for less)
LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS
6 nights: (weekly rate ÷ 7) x 6
5 nights or less: (weekly rate ÷ 6) x number of nights
SLEEP ABOARD: ½ the daily rate. Includes boarding after 5 pm, welcome cocktail & appetizer, breakfast the next morning, and an early start. Dinner ashore at the client’s expense.
HOLDIAY RATES: 7-night minimum
Christmas Week: $39,000 flat (2 - 8 guests). Must end no later than Dec 26.
New Year’s Week: $42,250 flat (2 - 8 guests). Must begin no sooner than Dec 27.
MEAL PLAN DISCOUNTS
Half Board: - $150 per person. Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners (client takes 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore).
Local Fare: - $75 per person. Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners (client takes 2 lunches & 1 dinner ashore).

Epic doesn’t even begin to cover it. We rented this catamaran for my birthday and it was hands-down one of the best days I’ve had on the water. From the moment we stepped onboard, the vibe was perfect — relaxed, fun, and flawlessly executed.
The food was outstanding, drinks were flowing, and everything felt effortless. Huge credit goes to Galo and Ally — they absolutely made the experience. Galo ran the day like a pro, confident and smooth, while still keeping it fun and personal. Ally was incredible — attentive, upbeat, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Together they created an atmosphere that felt more like friends hosting an unforgettable day than just a charter crew.

We had the most amazing day out with Galo and Ally. The boat is beautiful and they have so many unexpected nice touches (fruit and snack plates, incense, yoga mats, etc) that really elevate the experience. They also cooked an unbelievable surf and turf and were so helpful throughout the trip. Getting to snorkel with sea turtles was really just the cherry on top! Couldn´t recommend more highly

Galo is not only a fantastic captain but also an excellent host and even a great sous chef! He listened to our requests, planned amazing excursions, and made sure we had the best possible experience. On top of that, he keeps the boat in immaculate condition.
