Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to found and manage a Guest House and Restaurant in the Maldives, where she perfected her culinary expertise. She has a deep knowledge of international cooking styles and excels at creating menus tailored to special dietary needs.

Yacht terms: All Inclusive
An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. The listed rate may not include all local taxes, cruising permits, premium beverages and scuba activities. Inquire for more information.

BAHAMAS
For ALL rates Bahamas taxes +14% (Charter tax/fee)
HOLIDAY RATES: 7-night minimum
Christmas Week (must end ≤ Dec 27): Flat $29,000 (1 - 8 guests)
New Year’s Week (may not start prior to Dec 28): Flat $32,000 (1 - 8 guests)
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5 (inquire for shorter)
LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS
6 nights: (weekly rate ÷ 7) x 6
5 nights or fewer: (weekly rate ÷ 6) x number of nights
SLEEP ABOARD: ½ daily rate (after 5pm boarding) - includes welcome cocktail & appetizer, breakfast next morning, early departure. Dinner ashore at guest expense.
HALF BOARD OPTION: Discount - $150 pp (7 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners)
