Since then, he has gone on multiple fishing trips around the world including, the Maldives, India, British Virgin Islands, and all over the Bahamas.

Josh graduated from Timber Creek High School in 2010 and continued his education at Mid Florida Tech School. He graduated with a Master Certificate in auto body, collision, and estimating. He started his career working at Cape Canaveral Space Center for nearly a decade as a Launch Pad Technician for SpaceX and then later became a Missile Crane Operator for Lockheed Martin Fleet Ballistic Missile Program.

It was then when he was introduced to the yachting industry. He worked Friday-Sunday as a freelance charter captain in south Florida. This is where he discovered his passion for his career. He was offered a full-time position by a well-known day charter company. Josh was the Southeastern head captain. He managed a large variety of different vessels, vessel orientations, and charter crew placement. While continuing to run charters in his spare time. After working for a year and half he decided to continue pursuing his dreams into becoming a full-time yacht captain.

He ran multiple deliveries up and down the east coast, from Florida to New England. During that time, he interviewed with multiple privately owned yachts for a full-time captain position. Captain Joshua now works as the full-time captain on NO CURFEW managing a busy charter program, with a crew of four total.

Charter Testimonials:

Feb 2023
WOW I can’t say enough good things about Captain Josh, Sadie, the boat, and just overall how great the charter experience for the client and planning experience with Captain Josh has been! The clients are very happy and have left and above average gratuity. I will spread the good word to my colleagues and look forward to hopefully booking the boat again soon and working with you as well. Thanks again for everything!

Dec 18 - 23, 2022 Captain Joshua and crew were extremely flexible attentive and proactive – no detail was forgotten. We also hit every single desired destination with 100% seamless transition from island to island.

Chef Sadie - Perfect! Cuisine exceeded our expectations. The menu selection was great, and she consulted us daily for options and very detailed and throughout. Deck Crew - The yacht was loaded with toys, and we had all of the toys with us every time we went on the tender with safety being priority.
