Born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale Florida, Catalina is a home-grown beach bum. She has a growing passion for the boating industry that started from a young age. Catalina began working on boats when she was 16 years old. She started off as a detailer and worked her way up to becoming a sole stew on yachts ranging from 70´-112´. Chef - Michaela Sieben
Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, Canada, Michaela was a natural born foodie. Michaela dove head first in the industry in 2008 as a stewardess but realized her passion was in the galley. She decided to take her career to the next level and enrolled in culinary school.
Since graduating in 2011 she has worked on yachts as large as 180 feet and loves to share her affinity for good food and inspiring dishes. Tell her your favorite meal she will be determined to make you smile!
