Elysian Description
The Bali 5.4 is a ´Multihull of the Year´ award-winning catamaran. The design was new to the market in 2019 and provided a fresh approach to sailing. It is revolutionary in how space is accessed, with deliberate attention to flow and open space and it succeeds in producing a scale that feels less like a boat, and more like an upscale floating condominium. Bali catamarans are known and appreciated for their unparalleled success in blending luxury, space, and performance; producing a sailing experience that is unparalleled. This new design further capitalizes on that reputation with the advent of the ´Bali garage door´ that is the centerpiece of the yacht. It allows for the aft wall of the yacht to simply disappear, opening up the back of the yacht to an unobstructed view of paradise. This also affords indoor/outdoor dining options and gives the ever-present Caribbean breeze ample opportunity to make its way through the yacht with ease. With her solid foredeck gone are the forward trampolines, replaced by a large relaxing lounge area complete with cushions for sunbathing. A full-sized door provides access directly from the lounge area into the salon, allowing free movement through the yacht. A walk up to the flybridge unveils a seating area perfect for cocktails and taking in sunsets. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht. The Bali open space design is further complimented by the superior outfit and aftermarket items available on Elysian. No detail has been left unnoticed from the fine linens, pillows and throws to the wine glasses, serving and flatware that make every day feel luxurious. She has been stocked full with every appliance and kitchen accessory to allow the chef to fully showcase the mastery of their art. And the water toys abound, allowing guests to fully experience all the Caribbean has to offer, both in and out of the water. Elysian will accommodate 8 charter guests in 3 spacious queen cabins and 1 sprawling master cabin for those who desire more space. She is a 2020 sailing catamaran with solar panels, air conditioning, water maker, ice maker, full sized refrigerator, a fully customizable menu, Caribbean made ecofriendly and reef safe toiletries, a bar stocked to guest preference, coffee/espresso machine, rendezvous scuba diving, snorkeling gear, 2 underwater scooters, subwing, wakeboard, 2 stand up paddle boards, 10 ft. floating dock, towable tube, pool noodles, fishing gear, board and card games, television in the salon, Fusion 3 Bluetooth enabled sound system and Elysian giveaways.

Kelsey Dyer
Born and raised in New Jersey, Kelsey spent her childhood sailing all over the east coast of the United States. After graduating college, she moved to The Bahamas for a marketing stint. It wasn´t long before she realized she wanted to turn her love of sailing into a career, and set off to South Africa to complete her Yachtmaster. Since then, Kelsey has been cruising her way around the world.
Her yachting experience ranges from fun flotilla charters in the Mediterranean to enduring transatlantic crossings. Whether you´re looking for a relaxing, sunny vacation or an exciting ocean adventure, she is excited to welcome you aboard!

Cassie Peppin
Originally from Florida, Cassie grew up on the water. Spending the weekends at the beach, grilling out with friends and family fostered her love for entertaining.
Growing up as the oldest of six, she is overqualified at managing multiple personalities and wrangling a group. She was the go-to girl for family birthday cakes and over the years has been more than happy to use her familv for countless hours of recipe testing.
After college, Cassie began working in DC as an events planner, and while her love for entertaining helped her excel in this position, she still yearned for something more. Deciding to take a year off to backpack through Europe, Cassie ended up on a sailboat trip with friends in Croatia and that was it. She knew she had to find a way to stay, and when the staff on board asked if she knew how to cook, she said yes - and never looked back.
During the pandemic when the tourism industry slowed, she took that as an opportunity to advance her career by taking a year off from working on boats to attend culinary school in New York. Cassie then landed a job as a line cook at a well known southeast Asian restaurant in Chinatown while attending school, learning from some of the best chefs in the industry and fine tuning her own skills on the line, she gained priceless experience during her year on land. She now brings this professional training to yachts all over the world, from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean to French Polynesia - and now to her new found home on sailing yacht Elysian.

Yacht terms: All Inclusive
An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. The listed rate may not include all local taxes, cruising permits, premium beverages and scuba activities. Inquire for more information.

SLEEP ABOARD: Sleep aboard the night before charter dates. Available for $300 per cabin, with a 3 cabin minimum.
Includes boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and canapes plus a light breakfast the next morning. Dinner is to be taken ashore at client expense.
LOCAL FARE: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 5 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 2 dinners ashore at client expense.

We truly enjoyed having Jacob Beman as our Captain during our charter in the BVI. Jacob was a true professional, and handled the catamaran with skill above and beyond what I have seen on other trips.
Jacob was always up early starting coffee and performing his captain duties, and he even helped our chef with some of the meals & her responsibilities.
He was well versed in first aid, as one day I had a small cut on my ankle and he cleaned and bandaged it for me. We were quite impressed during our trip because he always sailed using the sails vs. using the motor, which may have been because of the great weather we had, but regardless, we enjoyed our time on the yacht tremendously.
Alex is a ridiculously good chef, and kept us on track and informed throughout our stay, and made every person on board feel special. She is an amazing person and part of an excellent overall team.

Jacob was happy to answer questions and teach those that wanted to learn more about sailing.
I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of the islands, and basically everything about the water. Jacob was always smiling, and he knew just where to take us to snorkel and things to tell us to look out for.
He was happy to take us to the islands in the dingy, and really made our trip so special. We enjoyed having Jacob for our charter, he is quite an impressive captain.
Alex was beyond words amazing!!
Besides being a phenomenal person, she is a gourmet chef!! She took incredible care of each one of us, prepared incredible meals, and made the entire experience perfection!!

Alex and Jacob made the trip EXCEPTIONAL
´This trip was a family vacation to celebrate Cam´s graduation. He picked it and we were so excited to experience ´salt life´ for the first time! What an unbelievable trip! We were spoiled from the moment we got onboard until the last minute. Alex´s food is 1st class on every level- presentation, variety, and most of all TASTE! we cheered everytime she announced that a meal was ready (and took pictures of everything)! Captain Jacob was the best captain in the BVI USVI and beyond! He had mad skills as a captain and led us onshore to some superb spots for viewing and drinking. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Alex and Jacob , they are true professionals. Alex and Jacob made this trip EXCEPTIONAL and we feel so lucky to be in their care for the best 8days.
