CAPTAIN
Bryan Smither

Bryan, of South African descent, embodies calm, cool confidence, a captain who leads with quiet strength and steady hands. With a no‑drama, up‑for‑anything attitude and endless perseverance, he creates safe, relaxed, unforgettable experiences on the water.

A true waterman, Bryan wears many hats, from being a yoga and surf instructor, a breath‑work facilitator, and dive instructor; and yet his proudest title is Captain. His passion for the sea and for exploring new horizons began skippering around the Aliwal Shoals on South Africa’s east coast and has grown into a career dedicated to sharing ocean adventures with like-minded guests.

Whether you’re here to dive, surf, stretch, or simply soak up the view, Bryan brings expert seamanship, calm leadership, and warm hospitality to every charter.

As the owner of a Cafe in Costa Rica, she knows the grit of hospitality and handles high-energy service with calm and ease. As our chef, Nicole creates a relaxed, fun, and positive atmosphere; nurturing both body and spirit so every charter feels like home.
