Hugo is a professional skipper with a lifelong passion for the sea and years of experience sailing across the Caribbean and Europe. With more than 10,000 nautical miles logged, including an Atlantic crossing and multiple yacht deliveries, he combines strong seamanship with a warm, approachable style that makes guests feel right at home.
Before becoming a charter captain, Hugo worked in the British Virgin Islands as a dive instructor, guiding guests through some of the region’s most beautiful underwater sites. This background gives him a unique ability to share both the sailing and marine life sides of the islands.
Whether you’re looking for hands-on sailing, hidden anchorages, or a relaxing escape, Hugo is dedicated to tailoring each trip to his guests. His top priorities are safety, comfort, and creating unforgettable memories on the water.

Captain Ben Jameson is a qualified Yachtmaster Offshore with solid experience across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and offshore passages. He brings together confident seamanship, calm leadership, and a strong hospitality background, an ideal combination for delivering safe, enjoyable, and well-run charters aboard My Marina.
Ben has completed extensive offshore training through UKSA, including skippering monohulls up to 68 feet and undertaking multiple coastal and offshore passages. His hands-on experience includes long-distance yacht deliveries on both sailing catamarans and monohulls, with routes spanning the British Virgin Islands to Grenada and Gibraltar to the Canary Islands. These voyages have strengthened his skills in passage planning, weather routing, night watches, radar use, and safety management.
In the Caribbean, Ben has gained charter-style experience aboard large sailing catamarans, navigating between the Virgin Islands and supporting daily yacht operations, sail handling, anchoring, and guest-focused service. His lifelong passion for sailing began in dinghy racing on the UK south coast, providing a strong technical foundation from an early age.
Complementing his maritime career, Ben brings years of professional hospitality experience as a waiter and bartender, ensuring attentive guest care, smooth onboard service, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout every charter.

Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

This discounts applies to bookings confirmed between March 1 and April 15 2026, for available charter dates between March 1 and May 30, 2026. Kindly note this offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations. Available now for 6 night minimum charters.
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5
LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES
For 6-night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.
SLEEP ABOARD: 1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client´s expense. Includes boarding after 4pm, early start.
HOLIDAYS
2026 CHRISTMAS: 7-night minimum $17,500 for 2-6 guests and must end no later than December 26th.
2026 NEW YEARS: 7-night minimum $18,000 for 2-6 guests and must start December 28th or later.
