Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

GENERAL
Early Booking and Last-Minute Booking discounts apply only to charters of 7 nights or longer.
DINING EXPERIENCE: Your 7-night charter includes 7 freshly prepared breakfasts, 5 delicious lunches, and 3 gourmet dinners onboard, allowing you the flexibility to discover and enjoy the British Virgin Islands´ charming waterfront restaurants and local island cuisine.
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5
LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6-night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.
SLEEP ABOARD: 1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client´s expense. Includes boarding after 4pm, early start.
HOLIDAYS
2026 CHRISTMAS: 7-night minimum $19,500 for 2-6 guests and must end no later than December 26th.
2026-2027 NEW YEARS: 7-night minimum $22,000 for 2-6 guests and must start December 28th or later.
