Ahalya - Crewed Catamaran Charter

Absolute luxury. Everything about the experience made it the memory of a lifetime. The crew exceeded our expectations every day with what seemed like effortless ease (even though I know how hard they worked to make everything perfect). And they weren’t just crew, by the end of the charter they felt like part of our family, and as amazing as the destinations and the yacht and weather and food were, the Bozo and Marko and Marina were equally precious to our experience.

We had the most incredible week aboard the Ahalya. The boat itself is modern, sleek, thoughtfully designed, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The only thing that upstaged this beautiful boat was the phenomenal crew. Captain Božo immediately got a feel for what we liked and created the perfect itinerary, combining just the right amount of exploring, sightseeing, swimming, and snorkeling. He took us to the most beautiful spots, including places we never would have discovered without his years of experience and knowledge of Croatia. Marina made sure we were perfectly comfortable at all times, and with her upbeat and positively radiant energy, she was such a pleasure to be around. We also really enjoyed learning from her about Croatian culture and history. And finally, Chef Marko, with his extraordinary talent for cooking, spoiled us to the core. His passion and love for creating beautiful meals was evident in every delicious dish he served us. The incredible variety and freshness of his meals left us looking forward to and excited for the next one. If only we could take Marko home with us! We couldn´t have asked for a better experience. Thanks to our lovely crew, we discovered the beauty of Croatia and have absolutely fallen in love with it. We hope to be back very soon!

A group of 8 lifelong friends gather yearly to stay in touch. We cherish our time and experience together. Ahalya and her crew gave us a special week together. We were spoiled the minute we stepped aboard and there on. The crew quickly endeared themselves to us and became a part of our experience and conversations. Even as the crew would maintain a professional distance, giving us our space, we would invite them to join our daily blessings and toasts to one another. The food, menu, service and ambiance were all top shelf. They took the time to develop a personalized song, naming each one of us and our nuance! Loved that! We will all miss our crew.

We selected Ayala because our agent recommended the crew. They were all outstanding! Captain Bozo, Chef Marko, and Marina made sure that our family was happy, eating well, and visiting fabulous islands. We made lifetime memories. We didn´t give the boat 10 stars due to the generator issue which was no fault of the crew. We still had a fabulous time!

We have chartered a 60’ Sunreef in the past and knew what to expect from the boat, which performed very well. What we didn’t know was how the crew would perform. Božo, Marina and Marko exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. They were friendly, accommodating, provided exceptional service and were always extremely professional. The Ahalya crew were are large part of the reason our experience was spectacular.

The most amazing unforgettable experience. Life changing. The staff was top notch. This was a bucket list trip which will now have to become an annual trip.

This was the most incredible week and far exceeded our expectations due to the exceptional crew and boat. Bozo is a superb captain and chose the most beautiful anchorages for us to experience. His knowledge and recommendations for things for us to do onshore added so much to our trip. His boating skills are superior. Marko is an extremely talented Chef, the food quality, menus chosen , presentation and dishes served were far better than most of the meals we had off the boat. We were thrilled with our meals. Marina is absolutely delightful, engaging , helpful and does her job seemingly effortlessly. As with the rest of the crew, she worked so hard to ensure we were happy with everything onboard.

We had great sunny skies, a beautiful boat, stunning views. However, the real reason it was so special was because of this amazing crew:Bozo, Marina and Marco. They were so kind and helpful, skilled and competent in their roles. They made our Croatia experience so special. It doesn’t matter how great the boat is or the views..its the crew. That’s why we had such an amazing trip is because of this crew!!

We have had the wonderful opportunity to travel over the years, but this trip exceeded all expectations. The boat was beautiful, but it was Bozo, Marko and Marina that made the trip a true 10 out of 10! From the moment we walked on board we knew we were going to have a very special week. They never stopped making sure that we were taken care of. They were fun to be with and always so professional. Bozo found beautiful anchorages and made wonderful suggestions along the way. Marina never stopped working from morning until night, but always with a wonderful smile on her face. You know that Bozo, Marko and Marina respect each other and work together as a team. They truly enjoy each other’s company and it made our trip so enjoyable to be with them. Marko is an incredible chef and it was almost difficult to leave the boat for the few dinner reservations that we had along the way. It was hard to say goodbye to these three incredible individuals. You should be proud to have them on your team.

Captain Bozo, Marina and Marko were receptive to our needs from the moment we boarded. We hadn’t anticipated that trips shore would be a notable feature of our charter yet we were blown away by the character of many of the ports / towns we visited. The boat was wonderful but the standout highlight of our charter were our exceptional captain, chef and steward. They were faultless, attending to our every need and serving a high standard of food whilst giving us space and time to relax. We enjoyed their company immensely and their availability would be a deciding factor in arranging another charter.

The Ahalya cruise & crew far surpassed our expectations.. it’s a beautiful craft with all the comforts of a hotel on water..The team Capt Bozo, Chef Marko & stewardess Edita along with their professionalism & knowledge made our trip a memorable experience..Would highly recommend this team on this sailing craft.. Another great week with the Captain and crew on the Ahalya 60 this time. Excellent service from Martina, and great food from Marko, and great suggestions from our Captain Božo about what to do and where to go. Superb

This is our second trip with Captain Božo and once again he did not disappoint. We saw all new beautiful and interesting destinations apart from the ones we requested to go back to from last year. We love all the calm and picturesque bays he chooses for swimming/mooring each night and his recommendations of places to see along the way. As I am someone who gets sea sick, he is careful to choose routes, times for travel, and destinations that ensure I feel well throughout the trip. It’s always a special and very memorable time with Božo and his crew. Marina was a wonderful stew - attentive, great attention to detail, kept the boat spotless and never missed meeting our needs. Great company, kind and thoughtful throughout. Marco - we all gained 5 pounds eating his delicious food! Adaptable, creative, excellent quality produce and cooking skills. And a lovely guy! We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again soon. The dynamics of this team are fluid and harmonious making the experience that much more enjoyable. We cannot wait to come back.

A Dream 10-Day Catamaran Charter in Croatia Pure Magic! We just returned from a 10-day catamaran charter in Croatia, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
