After a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Stellenbosch, South Africa, wanderlust ignited his passion for diverse cultures and cuisines. His culinary career flourished in fine dining, super yachts, and thrilling safaris.
Beyond the kitchen, DeWet thrives outdoors - hiking, cycling, climbing, and enjoys watersports. Yacht terms: All Inclusive
An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. The listed rate may not include all local taxes, cruising permits, premium beverages and scuba activities. Inquire for more information.

GETTING TO THE BVI
TENDER SERVICE: Yacht offers an inclusive water taxi transfer from Sapphire Beach Marina, St. Thomas for charters booked on their vessels, which are located in BVI a 37ft tender complete with shade and AC. Tender will first clear customs before joining the yacht in the West End, British Virgin Islands.
Guests will be dropped off at Sapphire Beach Resort, St. Thomas, USVI upon disembarkation from the yacht in BVI.
Guests are responsible for booking their own transfers on the water taxi´s website using a specific promo code. Please inquire for details upon booking if tender service is desired. This transfer is subject to availability on the day of booking. $28K minimum charter fee before discounts are applied is required to be eligible for the free water taxi service.
SAINT MARTIN / ST BARTHS RELOCATION FEE: $2,000 round trip.
Minimum 48 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Inquire for availability.
GRENADINES: Available starting in June 2023! Will accept charters in the BVI until a charter is booked in the Grenadines. All charters after must be in the Grenadines, please see calendar or inquire.
HALF-BOARD: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at client expense.

Captain Kelsey and chef Simon were outstanding
Captain Kelsey and chef Simon were outstanding. Simon prepared and presented meals that matched a level of fine dining found in top NYC restaurants. Kelsey took charge of the daily sails and knew the best spots to take us, places to snorkel and even a floating taco restaurant for lunch on floating tubes. At our invitation they joined us for dinner, we played table games and videoed our disco our disco evenings. The crew were very much a part of our fun times!
