CAPTAIN - Joshua Bruce - British
Joshua has been working on large yachts for the past 8 years, ranging from75m motor yachts to 25m sailing yachts.
With a background in personal training and team leadership, Joshua thrives on the social aspect of chartering Aegir, with excellent interactions with the clients throughout charters and also following up later in season.
Aegir is Joshua’s first Captains position, he started as the Mate on board in the summer of 2020 and was rapidly catapulted to Captain status, completing his first charter in St Tropez 2020.
After a very busy and successful charter season of 2021, he is very much looking forward to an exciting and adventurous summer of 2022, showing off the beautiful coastlines of the Western Mediterranean to charter clients and owner alike.
When Joshua isn’t busy enjoying sailing the seas on Aegir, he enjoys playing and coaching a local rugby team in Mallorca, as well has going on expeditions around the island hunting out the best waves to surf.
He is an outgoing and charismatic character, always looking to have fun and share an exciting experience on board, coupled with a very direct and hands on attitude to the safety and comfort of the clients on board.
FIRST MATE - Dario Dido - Italian
Dario is the First Mate on AEGIR. He was born in the Italian island of Sicily in 1992 and raised in Mallorca from 1994. Living on this island Dario naturally
made his passion for the sea on sailing dinghies first and consecutive started surfing, wakeboarding and diving. His passion for sailing started at the age of 7 on optimist, lasers and he ended on a club racing league in Andratx for the last 7 years on the same boat as a bowman, they have won 4 out of the 7 leagues he has participated on. This trajectory made Dario start studying and trying the yacting industry in early 2017 and now the passion on smaller boats makes him a very happy sailor on Aegir’s due to its performance , agility, aggressiveness and good sensations the boat can deliver in any conditions. He is also a qualified surf instructor and a divemaster.

The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: €29,400
High price: €33,600
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
