Sail and Work Experience
Léo’s many cruises on sailing boats and his experience in yachting has given him a wealth of experience in the maritime world. Having worked as a crew member for yacht charter guests for 8 years, Léo is especially skilled with ship maintenance, mechanics, painting, mooring, seamanship, sailing manoeuvres, use and mastery of navigation equipment, team management and manoeuvres at the helm. Léo is approachable, passionate about his role, and speaks 3 languages!
Job Description
Léo oversees the navigation, general operations, and financial management of the vessel, as well as the well-being of both the crew and guests. He maintains the yacht´s efficient functioning at all times, ensuring strict compliance with hazard protocols and regulations. He further takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state laws, and local regulations, managing the crew to guarantee full comprehension and compliance with the vessel´s policies. In delegating tasks and supervising the crew´s activities, he fosters teamwork and personalised growth.

Sail & Work Experience
Prior to stepping on board MYSTIC, Léa has a strong background in client-facing roles including restaurant service, bar work, and restaurant management at LA TAVERNE in Strasbourg. She has also worked in several positions involving customer service and team coordination. Prior to entering the yachting industry, Léa trained and worked professionally as an osteopath in clinics in Marseille, Cogolin, and La Croix-Valmer, demonstrating responsibility, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Description
Léa assists with the daily operation of the yacht both on deck and in guest areas. Her responsibilities include supporting sailing manoeuvres, maintaining deck equipment, and ensuring the vessel remains clean and organised. She also contributes to guest hospitality by preparing meals, assisting with service, and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming experience on board. She works closely with the captain and crew to maintain safety, efficiency, and high service standards during charters.

The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: €22,500
High price: €24,000
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
