A former whale-watching guide and educator at Montreal’s famed Biodome, Ben delights in sharing knowledge and stories that connect you more deeply to the sea around you.

Chef Annick ´Nini´ - Culinary Artist, Joy Creator, and Heart of the Experience

Known affectionately as “Nini,” Chef Annick is much more than your chef - she’s a warm, thoughtful host whose passion is turning every meal into a celebration and every moment into a lifelong memory. Her dishes are vibrant, flavorful, and always created with love and attention to detail. From fresh seafood feasts to elegant pastries, her culinary artistry is inspired by both formal training and a natural flair for flavor.

Nini has honed her craft through specialized training, including the prestigious Superyacht Culinary Academy in Cape Town, sous-vide certification in Washington, and advanced pastry workshops in Quebec and Montreal. She combines world-class technique with heartfelt hospitality to delight every palate.

With over 35,000 nautical miles sailed and marine safety certification (STCW), Nini is as comfortable at the helm as she is in the galley. Her joyful energy, impeccable taste, and warm spirit make guests feel truly pampered from start to finish.

Stewardess Jade - Biologist, Dive Master, Yoga Instructor, and Your Ocean Muse

Jade brings a beautiful balance of serenity, adventure, and wellness to your charter experience. A certified sailor with STCW marine safety credentials, she grew up sailing the waters between Quebec, Florida, and the Bahamas - and her love for the ocean shines through in everything she does.

Jade is a marine biologist, Dive Master, free diver, and certified yoga instructor. She’s passionate about connecting guests to the underwater world, leading safe and inspiring snorkel and dive experiences, and guiding rejuvenating yoga sessions on deck. Her deep understanding of marine ecosystems adds an enriching layer to every swim, paddle, or island exploration.

With over 15 years in hospitality, Jade has a gift for making everyone feel instantly welcome. Whether she’s shaking up custom cocktails, setting the mood for sunset dining, or leading you through a peaceful morning stretch, she’s always creating a vibe that’s both relaxed and magical.

Ben and Nini’s journey began in 2006, on their very first sailing vacation together in the Grenadines. That trip sparked a dream - one they turned into a shared life mission. Over the years, they gathered experience, earned certifications, and fell deeper in love with life at sea. By 2017, they were chartering in the Bahamas, and by 2020, they had launched their own successful yacht charter program across the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

Their incredible 42% repeat client rate speaks for itself - including Lady Rosé’s very own owner, who was so moved by their dedication and warmth that he entrusted them as his exclusive crew.
