Captain
Captain Ioannis Tentis
Ioannis is a highly experienced and dedicated maritime professional with over 15 years in the industry. He has a strong background in navigation, safety management, and vessel operations, holding an exemplary safety record. Known for his leadership, crew management skills, and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues, he has successfully captained both motor and sailing yachts across the Mediterranean.
Throughout his career, he has served as Captain on M/Y LionFish (46ft, Targa) since 2023, as well as Captain & Mechanical Operations Manager on S/Y Anemos (28m). He previously captained S/Y Calypso B (24m gullet) and Daddy’s Hobby (56ft Lagoon catamaran) in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, he was Captain of M/Y Amoraki (24m Posillipo), responsible for safe navigation, crew leadership, and guest services. Between 2013 and 2019, he commanded the schooner Prince of Athens (ex. Prince de Neufchâtel, 25m), leading a crew of eight in daily vessel operations. Earlier roles include Captain of S/Y Aurora (24m gullet) and S/Y Alexia (22.5m gullet) from 2016 to 2018.
Beyond his work as a yacht captain, he gained extensive experience as a 3rd Officer on DP cable laying and support vessels between 2007 and 2019, mastering advanced navigation and safety procedures. As the owner of Johny Sail’s Sailing Boat Rental & Yacht Technical Support, he managed international crews, technical operations, and charter services.
A skilled sailor with multiple medals in national sailing races over the past two decades, he is fluent in Greek and English. He holds a Captain C´ Class Certificate of Competency, along with advanced safety, fire fighting, and security training, as well as GMDSS certification and a speed craft operation license. Chef-Elli Zografou
Elli is an accomplished, bringing a refined culinary background shaped by years of experience in high-end restaurants and luxury resorts. A graduate of the private cooking school IEK Delta in Thessaloniki, where she trained under chef Vasilis Mouratidis, Elli has honed her skills in both modern Greek and international cuisine. Her impressive career includes key roles at the Danai Beach Resort, Four Seasons Hotels in London and Athens, and the world-renowned three-Michelin-starred Noma in Copenhagen. Most recently, she served as sous chef at Moldee in Thessaloniki, Mikres Cyclades in Koufonisi, and Lurra in Kyoto, Japan. Fluent in English, Elli brings precision, creativity, and deep culinary expertise to the galley, ensuring a top-tier dining experience for guests on Brooklyn Yacht.
Chief Stewardess- Tanya Stoykova
A dedicated hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience.
Immediately following her Tourism Management degree, she started her career in
hospitality field as a server and bartender in a high-demand ski
resort.
The following years she worked as a Housekeeping Assistant Manager at the Four Seasons
Athens & as a Chief stewardess on an award-winning motor catamaran and
on a luxurious motor yacht with prestigious clients, including celebrities and
royal families.
Her managing skills are considered excellent. Team player and always eager to
contribute to a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Taking care of people is her great talent.
Deckhand /2nd Stewardess- Foteini Valti
Foteini is a dedicated and detail-oriented stewardess,bringing with her a rich background in guest service and hospitality, along with prior experience in accounting and administration. A Greek national with strong communication and organizational skills, Foteini has worked on several prestigious yachts including Condor A, Adora, and Astarte, where she handled master cabin duties, laundry, room service, and supported dining operations. Her maritime hospitality journey is complemented by reception roles on Blue Star, ANEK LINES, and SEAJET, and a long-standing career as an accountant prior to joining the yachting industry. Fluent in English and skilled in IT and accounting systems, Foteini excels in providing discreet, high-level service and contributes positively to onboard team dynamics, ensuring an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for guests on Brooklyn Yacht.

Brooklyn Rates / week
The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: €60,000
High price: €65,000
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

July/August : 65,000 EUR per week
Low Season: 60,000 EUR per week
Plus : VAT 12% and expenses VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer
Charters for less than a week are only available upon request and the weekly rate is divided by 6
