Scuba Doo 450 Crew Profile
Bryan and Patti both grew up in sunny Jupiter, Fl but didn´t begin their adventures together until after highschool when they met via mutual friends while working in the service industry. It was love at first sight and they soon moved to St. Croix, USVI where Bryan began work as a deckhand on a busy charter yacht, exploring the BVI and doing everything he could to learn the ins and outs of chartering. During this time Patti worked on island, serving and bartending and falling in love with island life. After a year they decided to go back to the states to do some traveling. For 6 months they drove all over the lower 48, camping in national parks, enjoying the natural beauty of the country. When they made their way back to Florida Bryan obtained his 100 ton captains license and continued his yachting career working on a number of different boats up and down the east coast as well as in the Bahamas and Carribean. Patti continued to thrive in the service industry at a high volume, fast paced restaurant sharpening her hospitaly skills. At a point Patti decided she had learned all she could from the service industry and decided to join Bryan in the world of yachting working as a chef. Patti’s culinary style reflects her time as a child spent watching her grandmother make simple, healthy, home cooked meals. She strives to use fresh locally sourced ingredients in all of her meal preparation. Bryan and Patti are easy going and adventurous, with years of yachting and hospitality experience between the two of them. This power couple will make a great asset to any charter program.
