Captain Flavien brings blend of warm hospitality and hands-on yachting expertise to every charter. With a dynamic career in the luxury yachting industry, and an extensive background in hospitality management, he offers guests seamless personalised cruising experiences throughout the Mediterranean.

Fluent in both French and English, Captain Flavien has previously captained high-performance vessels including the 55ft MY Razor and 50ft MY Nasty. Whether navigating waters and securing the very best anchorages, overseeing technical maintenance, or coordinating bespoke itineraries with owners and guests - he brings precision, calm confidence, and an intuitive understanding of guest needs.

His earlier roles and experience as a certified PADI instructor have deepened his commitment to guest safety, adventure, and on-water enjoyment, from snorkelling to curated dive experiences around Corsica and Sardinia.

A natural host with global perspective, thanks to a decade of travel through 30+ countries, Flavien infuses every voyage with warmth, curiosity, and professionalism. For discerning guests seeking an effortless, luxurious escape in the South of France or Italy, Captain Flavien delivers an outstanding experience.

Tom - Deckhand

Originally from the UK, Tom brings a warm, service-focused approach honed over seven years in high-end hospitality. With a background spanning front of house, bar, and kitchen roles, he brings versatility and attention to detail to every guest experience on board.

Tom’s passion for life at sea was sparked during his time in Australia, where scuba diving introduced him to the world of yachting. Since then, he’s gained over three years of hands-on experience across a variety of vessels, sailing iconic waters such as the Great Barrier Reef and the Indian Ocean.

Fit and energetic, Tom keeps active through running and strength training, always ready to assist with both the physical demands of deck work and the finesse required in luxury service. His favourite cruising destination is the Caribbean coast of Mexico, where the vibrant cuisine and stunning coastline continually inspire his love of the sea.

Tom looks forward to many more global adventures, with Antarctica firmly at the top of his sailing wish list.

Chef - Zoe Conde
Chef Zoe brings over eight years of diverse culinary experience, from high-end gastronomy in Courchevel to beachside pizzerias and Corsican bistros. Her love for both refined and rustic cuisine shines through her work.

Zoe spent two years in Australia as a scuba diving instructor on the Great Barrier Reef, deepening her passion for marine life and seafood. Her travels through Sri Lanka, Thailand, Senegal, and the Seychelles enriched her cooking style, blending local traditions with global flavours.

With a boat driving license and a love for hiking, fitness, diving, and windsurfing, Zoe is perfectly suited to life at sea. She is eager to bring her skills and adventurous spirit to the crew on board Omnia.

Zoe’s cuisine focuses on seasonal, local ingredients, with an emphasis on vibrant vegetables and fresh seafood. She blends Asian and Mediterranean influences, creating elegant, flavourful dishes that reflect her global experience and technical expertise.

Expect a feast for the senses every mealtime.
