ARMONEE, a COUACH 2300 FLY, offers an incredible level of luxury on board. Instead of the usual four guest cabins, the yacht has three larger guest cabins, with an additional teenager cabin for the VIP’s suite. The interior design’s grey and beige palette remains refined and relaxed throughout the yacht. The precious wood, Italian marble and mosaic, carpets, parquet and teak are selected from the best manufacturers. ARMONEE also offers the latest generation of automation systems for entertainment, lights and blinds. ARMONEE features zero-speed gyroscopic stabilizers for guest comfort at anchor, and has twin MAN 12V 1400 diesel engines providing a cruising speed of 20 knots and a top speed of 30 knots. Nevertheless she is extremely quiet yacht. Thanks to her underwater exhausts the noise level has been reduced to 68 dB @ 1600 rpm. Vibration has been also reduced at minimum due to specific mounting of engines. On board ARMONEE the clients will experience a fully comfortable and luxurious cruise.

Philippe started his yachting journey back in 1987 on sailing yachts doing both private cruising and charters in the whole Mediterranean Sea and the Caribbean. He, then, continued and became captain in 1995 until now on motor and sailing yachts, cruising on Mangustas, Bagliettos, Wallys, Benettis and Sanlorenzos.
With over 225,000 nautical miles logged across private, charter, classic races and delivery voyages, Philippe is a professional and versatile yacht captain that has a great understanding of the sea and the guests wishes. He joined ARMONEE in 2025 following his desire to sail the Mediterranean Sea and to give to the guests an unforgettable experience onboard.
Philippe’s experience with the Mediterranean Sea is a major asset for a smooth sailing and anchoring in the most beautiful creeks and secluded beaches that are unknown to most.
His previous experience in the management, maintenance adds to his profile, a technical expertise to resolve any troubleshooting that could arise during a charter.
Sabrina Troutot

Sabrina entered the world of yachting in 2024 during the Monaco Grand Prix where her will to deliver an incredible experience to the guests proved to be satisfactory on both her role of stewardess and cook. She, then, continued to work as Stew/Cook on multiple events in the Principality of Monaco before embarking on M/Y MOJITO (26m) where she perfected her experience.
Naturally drawn to the Mediterranean cuisine, she often cooks meals that are familial of the region and often generous. Sabrina’s previous yachting experiences proved that she is adaptable to the guests’ preferences as well. Before getting into the yachting industry, Sabrina used to manage on land a catering company for receptions and events where she got her organization skills and adaptability, in addition to her studies in hospitality.
Adaptable, agile, organized and motivated, Sabrina has also an active listener always keen in getting feedbacks and making sure that everything suits the guests.

The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
