Captain: George Margaritis
Captain George, a seasoned maritime professional, graduated from the Nautical High School in Piraeus and has been expertly navigating the seas ever since. Born in 1976, he brings a wealth of experience to the helm of Nomad. Starting his maritime journey as a deckhand, he has steadily risen through the ranks to become a captain on various yachts. With a deep understanding of nautical operations, Captain George ensures the smooth sailing and safety of Nomad. Fluent in both Greek and English, he communicates effortlessly with his crew and international guests, catering to their every need. Known for his hard work, professionalism, and exceptional leadership, Captain George is dedicated to maritime excellence. His extensive background and commitment make him an invaluable leader aboard Nomad, providing guests with an unforgettable and enjoyable sailing experience.
Chef: Dimitris Destounis
Chef Dimitris, born in Athens in 1998 and raised in Xylokastro, he discovered his passion for cooking at an early age, knowing it was his true calling. His exceptional love for baking, pastries, and seafood stems from his father´s influence, who taught him the art of catching, cleaning, and cooking fish from scratch! Over the years, he has worked with numerous chefs across Greece, dedicating themselves to gaining extensive knowledge and honing his culinary skills. Renowned for his organizational abilities, meticulous cleanliness, unwavering passion, strong work ethic, and deep love for his profession, he has built a reputation as a dedicated and talented culinary professional! When he´s not in the kitchen or sailing, he enjoys spending his time reading, with a particular focus on history and philosophy. He also finds joy in playing music, traveling, and collecting fascinating stories from his journeys around the globe.

Deckhand/Steward: Epaminondas Chrysikos
Epaminondas brings a dynamic combination of technical expertise, maritime knowledge, and strong teamwork skills to catamaran NOMAD. With hands-on experience in sailboat maintenance, dry dock operations, and mechanical repairs, he has developed a practical understanding of vessel upkeep and onboard operations. His background in the maritime industry, combined with his offshore sailing license, powerboat certification, and scuba diving experience, makes him a valuable and versatile crew member onboard. Organized, proactive, and guest-oriented, Epaminondas is known for his calm attitude, strong communication skills, and dedication to delivering a safe and enjoyable charter experience. Passionate about the sea and adventure, he is committed to ensuring that every guest aboard NOMAD enjoys a smooth, comfortable, and memorable journey.

Nomad Rates / week
The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: €18,500
High price: €24,000
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
ADDITIONAL RATE DETAILS
2026 Charter Rates:
High Season (July & August): 24,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Mid-Season (June & September): 22,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Low Season (Rest months): 18,500 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Extras: V.A.T 12% (subject to change without prior notice) & APA 20% or 30% for 12 pax of the charter fee not included in the rates.
Charters for less than a week are only available upon request and the weekly rate is divided by 6.
If the yacht is chartered from a location other than the home port, the charter is subject to a relocation fee.
Relocation Fees:
Catamarans 52ft and up: Cyclades (1,000 EUR) *
* Please note due to logistics, charters with embarkation or disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day.
