Returning to maritime life, he honed his skills through advanced training in safety, anti-piracy, and modern navigation, earning him a Master 500GT and a prestigious role at the Yacht Club de Monaco. There, Julien captained legendary yachts, from classic vessels like Tuiga to cutting-edge motor yachts, before taking on global charters and transoceanic voyages over the course of a distinguished career.

With over 50,000 nautical miles logged across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Pacific, Red Sea, and Indian Ocean, he has extensive experience in offshore passages, coastal operations, and supporting the daily running of a wide range of yachts.
Cédric excels in watchkeeping, route planning, weather analysis, mechanical awareness, and deck troubleshooting. Throughout his career, he has supported crew coordination, managed demanding maneuvers, and assisted in emergency situations with calm precision. His background in yacht management, charter logistics, and operational support has shaped him into a structured, solutions-driven team player who performs reliably under pressure.

Trained in professional hotel management and refined through decades of experience across Michelin-level kitchens, high-end hotels, private events, and international restaurants, Denis specialises in French, Mediterranean, Asian, Japanese, and vegetarian cuisine. His cooking style blends precision, creativity, and a constant drive for innovation.
Before entering yachting, Denis built a distinguished land-based career as a head chef, event manager, and partner in his own catering and restaurant ventures, overseeing everything from intimate fine-dining experiences to large-scale events for thousands of guests. His three successful seasons aboard the Sunreef 80 Power further strengthened his adaptability, service mindset, and ability to deliver exceptional dining at sea.

Mattea Rates / week
The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: €81,000
High price: €91,000
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
ADDITIONAL RATE DETAILS
Summer Season 2025 Weekly Rates
€ 91,000 + 25% APA + VAT - High season rate applies from 1st of July to 31st of August, as well as for all events.
€ 81,000 + 25% APA + VAT - Low season rate applies during all the other months.
Winter Season 2025/26 Weekly Rates
$ 105,000 + 25% APA + taxes (if applicable) - High season rate applies for Christmas & NYE charters ; Christmas must end no later than 27 December and New Years to begin no earlier than 29 December.
$ 95,000 + 25% APA + taxes (if applicable) - Low season rate.
Note that taxes can also be charged on the APA. Positioning fee may apply depending on the precise embarkation and disembarkation points.
