Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

Minimum 3 nights
For 5 nights or less, divide the weekly rate by 6 nights and multiply by the number of nights.

Prices include professional crew of 2 (skipper & cook/hostess), three meals per day onboard (full board), standard bar (including a selection of wines, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages), fuel of the yacht, use of onboard equipment.

EXTRAS:

SLEEP ABOARD:
$2,000 Sleep aboard the night before the charter departs

A crew gratuity, at your discretion, but typically 10% to 20% of the rate, is not included

CAPTAIN ONLY RATE
WINTER 2025/2026: Caribbean/Leeward islands

Captain only rate: $9,800 / week

Captain’s Services Include: - Provisioning Assistance: Expert help to stock the yacht. - Galley Support: Assistance with meal prep and after-meal clean-up. - Coordination of Essentials: Moorings, anchoring, trash, ice, and more. - Water Activities: Orchestrating fun experiences on and in the water. Local Knowledge: - Guidance on cruising grounds and onshore activities. - Personalized recommendations for restaurants and excursions. - Engaging safety briefings and curated themed playlists. Included Yacht Amenities: - Snorkel gear, 2 paddleboards, Premium linens, towels, toiletries, and onboard WiFi starlink available at extra cost). - Sunscreen, bug spray, and indoor entertainment.

GRATUITY:
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-20% of the total charter fee.
