With an international captain’s license and years of experience navigating these pristine waters, Captain David combines his expertise with an infectious enthusiasm for ocean conservation and education.
Known for his friendly demeanor and patient teaching style, Captain David ensures every guest feels at home while uncovering the hidden treasures of The Bahamas.
Whether it’s learning about sailing, discovering island secrets, or exploring vibrant marine ecosystems, he’s committed to crafting an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Jessica’s passion for food, travel, and exploration inspired her to embark on a new chapter at sea, where she has now proudly joined the crew of CATA.
With a background in hospitality and a natural eye for detail, Jessica brings warmth and professionalism to every charter. She loves learning about each guest’s preferences and thoughtfully tailoring the day around them - whether that means a beautifully presented lunch on the aft deck, perfectly timed snacks between swims, or a special celebration dessert to mark an important occasion.
On board, Jessica seamlessly balances her roles both on deck and in the galley. She takes great pride in creating unforgettable experiences, from setting a welcoming atmosphere the moment guests arrive to ensuring service feels relaxed, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the day.

An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. Private Overnight Charter Experience
CATA offers an exceptional option for private short-term overnight charters in The Bahamas, combining the convenience of a Nassau departure with the comfort and intimacy of a beautifully appointed luxury power catamaran. She is especially well suited to couples, small families, or close friends seeking a refined and private escape on the water.
Accommodating up to 4 guests overnight in 2 ensuite guest cabins, CATA is ideal for relaxed, small-party charters focused on comfort, attentive service, and the pleasure of elegant island cruising.
Overnight Charter Rates:
2 days / 1 night - $16,000
3 days / 2 nights - $21,300
4 days / 3 nights - $26,550
5 days / 4 nights - $30,700
6 days / 5 nights - $33,750
7 days / 6 nights - $35,700
8 days / 7 nights - $40,900
Rates include private use of the yacht, captain, chef, onboard accommodations, chef-prepared meals, standard ship’s bar, and a charter experience tailored to the guests’ preferred pace and itinerary.
Bahamas taxes, fuel surcharges where applicable, and customary crew gratuity are additional.
Additional daytime guests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with rates adjusted accordingly based on the final guest count and proposed usage.

Special Requests & Additional Expenses
The charter rate reflects CATA’s standard inclusive offering. Additional charges may apply for requests beyond those inclusions, including but not limited to:
• Special meal requests or enhanced provisioning
• Premium spirits, Champagne, fine wines, or other upgraded beverage selections
• Increased fuel consumption associated with extended cruising distances or higher-speed itinerary requests
• Other guest-specific arrangements outside the yacht’s customary onboard offering
Any supplemental costs will be discussed in advance and outlined clearly based on the guest’s preferred style of charter.

• Applicable Bahamas taxes are additional.
• Crew gratuity is also additional and is customarily 15% to 20% of the base charter fee.
Relocation
CATA is based in Nassau. Relocation availability and associated fees vary depending on the season, weather, sea conditions, and fuel requirements.
As marine conditions in The Bahamas can be unpredictable, relocation to certain destinations cannot be guaranteed in advance and must always remain subject to the captain’s assessment of safe cruising conditions.
