He holds a sailing license, a speed boat license, a first aid certificate, and certifications in life-saving and firefighting techniques. Fluent in English, Andreas combines strong maritime qualifications with hands-on experience, making him a confident and capable captain. Chef - Raphael Arapakis
Born and raised in Piraeus, with a proud family legacy spanning five generations in fishing, my love for the sea and food was almost inevitable. I bring extensive experience in the culinary field, having worked across restaurants, hotels, festivals, and private events. My culinary philosophy is founded on authenticity and simplicity: fresh, high-quality ingredients, refined techniques, and flavors that pay tribute to Greek tradition. My aim is to craft dishes that awaken memories and evoke genuine emotion.

Happy birtday Adreas,
We had a wonderful time and where very proud to have charted with you and have the priviledge to celebrate your 33th birthday with you!
Yoy , Raphail and Dimitris have been the most wonderful crew we were blessed with on vacation.
You have allowed us to see the most beautiful islands and experience the most amazing food. We hope to have the opportunity to see you all again.
Thank you!

´The most important thing a captain can do is to see the ship through the eyes of the crew´
Captain Michael

From the moment you all met us on the dock you greeted us with warmth, service and safety which provided a sense of trust and comfort that never diminished the entire voyage. You suggested and guided us along, never making a mistep.Every island, town , cove, bar , restaurant, meal and drink you recommended was perfect in every way.

As a crew, you were the perfect balance and compliment to one another, meticulous and loose, decisive and empowering , professional and thoughfully personal. Thank you for providing myself and all of us the greatest vacation, for more than we could have ever imagined.

The saying ´ If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together´, embodies the experience we have had this week, not just as ´crew´ and ´passengers´, but you Andreas, Raphael and Dimitris as much a part of our group as the friends we showed up with.We are forever grateful and will always be remembered!
Thank you from myself,Mike and all of us!
