Meet Captain Darcy & Chef Yvette
With over 15,000 nautical miles sailed across oceans, your hosts combine master seamanship, global culinary artistry and certified diving instruction for an extraordinary BVI charter.
Captain Darcy:
An adventurous captain, PADI dive instructor, Canadian safety specialist, journeyman welder and former Toronto bartender. As a licensed commercial captain Darcy leads helm operations, mixes craft cocktails and guides non-divers and experienced divers alike.
Chef Yvette:
A hard-working Aussie, Yvette is a PADI rescue scuba diver, qualified family medicine doctor and, most importantly, a lover of good food. Combining her passions for the ocean, travel and cooking, she crafts bespoke dining experiences inspired by flavours and cuisines discovered around the world.
Together, Darcy and Yvette have logged extensive sea time across Alaska, California, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, the ABC Islands, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean including Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece. After crossing the Atlantic Ocean via the Canary Islands and Cabo Verde, they are now based in one of the world´s best cruising grounds, the British Virgin Islands, where they share their love of island life and sailing with their guests.
