With over 7,300 days at sea and a maritime career that spans more than 30 years, Captain Carlos brings a rare depth of experience to PLAY THE GAME. Formerly a Commander in the Uruguayan Navy, his calm authority and exacting standards have guided everything from naval ships and high-speed ferries to luxury superyachts across the globe.
Since 2022, Carlos has captained three successful Mediterranean charter seasons aboard PLAY THE GAME, earning praise for his precise navigation, guest-focused leadership, and warm professionalism. His global experience - from the frozen passages of Antarctica to the tropical waters of the Pacific and Caribbean - has shaped a seafarer of extraordinary range and composure.
Holding a Master Unlimited license, Yachtmaster CE (RYA), and advanced STCW certifications, Carlos ensures both safety and sophistication at every turn. Fluent in multiple languages and known for his quiet confidence, he leads with the kind of steady presence that puts guests instantly at ease. When ashore, he enjoys tending his vineyard in Uruguay and diving deep into stoic philosophy.
Sandra Yarnoz Girona | Stewardess
Sandra is a passionate and professional hospitality expert confidently transitioning into the yachting industry. With experience in both high-end venues and remote mining sites across Western Australia, she offers a strong foundation in silver service, safety awareness, and working effectively in fast-paced, isolated environments. Recognised for her adaptability, keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, Sandra is eager to step into a Stewardess role and continue learning from experienced crew members.
Health and wellbeing are central to Sandra’s lifestyle - she trains regularly, practises Pilates and yoga, and enjoys cooking nutritious meals. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, she has skied in the Pyrenees since childhood and enjoys surfing, windsurfing, and jet skiing. Having lived in Australia for seven years and travelled extensively across Southeast Asia and Europe, Sandra brings cultural awareness, resilience, and a strong team spirit. She is committed to building a long-term career in yachting and becoming a valuable member of any crew.
Rodrigo Scaffidi | Chef
Chef Rodrigo Scaffidi brings over two decades of culinary mastery to PLAY THE GAME, crafting vibrant, bespoke dining experiences that reflect both his Argentine roots and his global flair. Born in Mendoza - the gastronomic heart of Argentina - Rodrigo honed his craft in some of the region’s most respected kitchens before expanding his expertise across Andorra, Ibiza, and beyond.
Known for his bold flavours and artistic presentation, Rodrigo specialises in woodfire grilling, sushi, and inventive fusion cuisine - perfectly suited to Mediterranean cruising. His passion for open-fire cooking and elegant outdoor dining transforms each meal into an experience, whether it´s a sunset barbecue on deck or a multi-course tasting menu under the stars.
From private estates to elite Ibiza venues, Rodrigo’s career has been built on precision, creativity, and quiet professionalism. With a deep respect for ingredients and a gift for tailoring menus to guest preferences, he turns every dish into a celebration of place, season, and style.
Andres Galeano | Deckhand
Bringing a rare blend of technical acumen and disciplined seamanship, Andres is a versatile Deckhand with a background that spans naval service, offshore deliveries, and global tall ship sailing. A former Lead Seaman in the Spanish Navy, he applies his structured mindset and hands-on skills to every aspect of deck and engine room operations aboard PLAY THE GAME.
His credentials speak for themselves: MCA Efficient Deckhand, Approved Engine Course, Powerboat & RIB Master, and comprehensive STCW training in watchkeeping, safety, and passenger care. From tugboats in Hong Kong to transatlantic routes aboard the legendary J.S. Elcano, Andres has built his career on reliability, precision, and a clear goal of becoming an officer.
Whether he´s managing tender runs, assisting with line handling, or troubleshooting onboard systems, Andres brings dedication, adaptability, and an unshakable team spirit to every task.

The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: $49,500
High price: $54,500
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
