Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

Season A: €18,500 / week (From 17 April 2027 till 26 May 2027)
Season B: €19,500 / week (From 27 May 2027 till 27 June 2027)
Season C: €22,500 / week (From 28 June 2027 till 07 September 2027)
Season D: €19,500 / week (From 08 September 2027 till 09 October 2027)
Season E: €18,500 / week (From 09 October 2027 till 25 October 2027)
Plus expenses (VAT 13% & APA 30%)

Included in price:
• SHIPBOARD ACCOMMODATION: maximum number of 12 guests sleeping in 6 cabins
• FUEL FOR CRUISING: 4 hours/day
• CREW: Captain + 3 crew members
• AIR CONDITIONING: unlimited hours/day
• LINEN: bed sheets, bathroom, and beach towels
• WI-FI

Extra payments:
• VAT (13% of the charter fee)
• Advance Provisioning Allowance
30% of the charter fee to cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for tender and water sports equipment; additional fuel for cruising (above 4 h per day), food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A. is paid by the Charterer in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee. If A.P.A. does not cover complete costs, the Charterer will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A., the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.

Non-Mandatory extras
• Tips:
Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service.
Usually it is 10% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charterand distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.
• Delivery/Re-delivery Fee:
If the vessel is not booked for the week before or after, and either starts or ends in a port that is not her home base, the client is responsible for paying a re-delivery fee of €1,200.
