From Ancient Greek Mythology and myths in Astronomy to the numerical values of ‘5’ in Pythagorean Numerology and ‘3’ in Chaldean Numerology, it is no coincidence that this 2023 Lagoon 55 has been aptly named ‘Hydrus’ after the Greek Primordial God of Fresh Water. The comforts of Lagoon 55 may be easily resembled to a much larger Lagoon with all the privileges and pleasures it has to offer. Hydrus has ‘5’ very spacious cabins consisting of 4 double en-suite cabins and 1 twin en-suite cabin which converts to a double if required. All cabins are airy and have a flow of indulgence, with mood lighting and a color palette that soothes yet stimulates your senses. This flow carries through to all other interior and exterior spaces. Hydrus’ features include upper and lower deck bar area and dining areas, upper and lower deck sunbathing and socializing areas, a fully decked galley with all contemporary amenities and a superbly serene as well as a spacious living room area. Last but not least, the fierce S/Y Hydrus has a crew of ‘3’, ready and able to assist and support your needs and wishes while sailing towards your ultimate vacation experience. Chef Sotiris Vlachos is a passionate and dedicated culinary professional with experience in both high-paced restaurant kitchens and yachting environments. Specializing in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, he focuses on fresh ingredients and creative presentation to deliver flavorful, well-balanced dishes tailored to guests’ preferences.
Having progressed from junior roles to Head Chef positions, Sotiris brings strong skills in menu planning, provisioning, and kitchen management. He has a solid background in à la carte service, grill cuisine, and team supervision, combined with excellent organization and HACCP knowledge. His experience also includes onboard service, making him well-adapted to the demands and pace of life at sea.
He is known for his positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement, always aiming to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
Fluent in Greek and English, Sotiris is a reliable and adaptable team player who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and consistency to every charter.

Hydrus Rates / week

The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.
Low price: €22,500

High price: €31,000

The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.

Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

2026 Charter rates:
High Season Rate (July & August): 31,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Mid-Season Rate (June & September): 27,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Low Season Rate (Rest months): 22,500 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
V.A.T 12% (subject to change without prior notice) & APA 25% of the charter fee not included in the rates.

***All charters are operating 12:00-12:00 (or other upon final confirmation with owner)

Relocation Fees:
Catamarans up to 52 ft: Cyclades (1.000 EUR) *
Catamarans 55ft and up: Cyclades (1.500 EUR) *
Catamarans 80 ft, Motor yachts and power catamarans according to fuel consumption

* Please note due to logistics, charters with embarkation or disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day (one way)

Delivery fees will be shared between charters and be used as Handling Fees:
Yachts up to 52 ft: 1,000 EUR (will be shared between two charters 500/500)
Yachts 55ft and up: 1,500 EUR (will be shared between two charters 750/750)
