Captain Nikolaos is a highly experienced Greek Master Mariner whose career spans both commercial shipping at the highest level and over fifteen years of luxury yacht command in Greek waters. A graduate of the Merchant Navy Academy of Crete and holder of a Captain Class A’ Certificate (STCW), he brings the technical rigour and disciplined seamanship of large commercial vessels to every charter aboard M/Y Azure One.
His commercial career as Chief Officer with GasLog Ltd. - across a fleet of LNG carriers including GasLog Geneva, GasLog Houston, GasLog Gibraltar, and Methane Becki Anne - has given him an exceptionally strong technical foundation in advanced navigation, ship-handling, and safety management. He holds certifications across the most demanding areas of modern maritime operation, from Dynamic Positioning and Bridge Manoeuvring Simulator training to Advanced Tanker Safety, Ship Security Officer, and LNG Ship-to-Ship operations. In parallel, he has commanded a range of motor yachts in private and charter use - Canados 120 M/Y Paradis, Princess 65 M/Y Distar, Princess 72 M/Y Kristina, and Sunseeker Manhattan 80 - before stepping into the command of the 27m Maiora M/Y Alandini, where he has served as Captain since 2018.

Theodoros is a highly experienced Greek Chief Engineer whose career bridges naval and luxury yacht engineering. A former Hellenic Navy Engineering Officer, he held senior positions in technical command, fleet maintenance, and large-scale engineering operations - a background that has given him the discipline, technical depth, and composure under pressure that define his work onboard today.
His yachting career began in 2019 as Chief Engineer of M/Y Yolo, followed by five years in the same role across the Argo Maritime fleet, including M/Y Akira One, M/Y Energy, and M/Y Brachera. Throughout this period he has led refit projects, engine overhauls, and system optimization programs, building deep expertise across MTU, MAN, and MWM propulsion systems. Certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, he brings a structured, standards-driven approach to every aspect of engineering management - onboard, in the yard, and across charter operations.
Onboard M/Y Azure One, Theodoros combines military-grade technical expertise with hands-on yacht management, ensuring every system performs to the highest standard throughout the season. Chef: Thomas Adamidis

Chef Thomas is a highly accomplished Greek Executive Chef with over three decades of culinary experience spanning luxury yachts and respected Greek hospitality venues. A Certified Executive Chef and holder of a Vocational Certificate for Tourism Professions, he began his career in 1988 as Sous Chef at the celebrated Astera Vouliagmenis and progressed to Executive Chef at Corfu Palace by 1992, building the technical foundation that has defined his work ever since.
His yachting career stretches back to the late 1990s, with Executive Chef postings aboard M/Y O’Rea, M/Y Alfa Van, M/Y Proteus, and M/Y Whispers, followed by seasons on M/Y Samos-W and M/Y Oeyzan, and most recently on M/Y Corelia. A two-time medallist at the Yachting Chefs Competitions - placing first in 2004 and second in 2005 - Chef Thomas is recognized within the Greek yachting community for his refined palate, creative plating, and command of both Greek and international cuisine. His training includes specialized pastry and wine seminars, further extending his range across every part of the dining experience.

Maria is an experienced Greek stewardess with over a decade of yachting experience across private and charter vessels in the Mediterranean, combined with a distinctive background in holistic wellness practice. A dedicated hospitality professional, she brings both the polish of refined onboard service and the calm, grounded presence of a trained wellness practitioner.
Her yachting career began aboard the Posillipo M/Y Zuma, where she spent five seasons developing her foundation across the full scope of interior service. Between yacht contracts, she trained and practiced as a certified wellness teacher, working with individuals and groups in meditation, energy work, and holistic therapies - an enriching chapter that sharpened her instincts for reading energy and holding calm space in busy environments. She returned to yachting full-time in 2023, joining M/Y Phoenix and M/Y Blue Dream with the Nepa group, before her most recent season aboard M/Y Ally in 2025.

Achilleas is a motivated Greek steward with a strong hospitality background and a service-driven approach refined across both shoreside and yachting environments. He began his career in front-of-house roles in Nea Kios - including Avra Café and Kavalieris Food Services - before moving into catering with N. Stavropoulos & Co. in Nafplio, where he developed the polish, pace, and professionalism required for high-standard guest service.
Most recently, he spent two years as Steward aboard the private yacht M/Y Carino, taking responsibility for interior cleaning and detailing, cabin preparation and daily housekeeping, food and beverage service during trips, and laundry and linen management. He gained particular experience in the discreet, attentive style of service that defines life onboard - supporting embarkations, managing guest changeovers, and maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation expected of a private yacht interior.
Onboard M/Y Azure One, Achilleas brings warmth, discretion, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Nikolaos is a motivated Greek deckhand with over five years of maritime experience across private and charter yachts in Greek waters. He built his foundation aboard the training vessel Carino, where he spent two years gaining hands-on grounding in yacht operations - from daily detailing and exterior maintenance to supporting the crew across routine onboard duties.
His career has since progressed through a VanDutch 55 and most recently the 33.5m M/Y Akira One, where he handled the full scope of deck operations: mooring and anchoring, exterior cleanliness to luxury yacht standards, guest support during charters, and assistance with minor technical and maintenance tasks. This combination of charter-tempo experience and meticulous attention to vessel presentation gives him a strong, well-rounded skill set for the deck team.

The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.

High price: €49,900

The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.

Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 20-30% for a sailing yacht and 30-40% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
