Gérald has been sailing for more than 30 years in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic; cruising the most beautiful spots with his previous owners, delivering yachts while also racing.
His experience as a sailing competitor and race sailboat captain ensures his guests´ serene cruises in complete safety.
Having a reliable background as a sailing Instructor and a sailing school manager, Gérald knows how to transmit aboard in a friendly atmosphere his passion for sailing & love it!
He is also a perfect coach for all watersports.
He was Captain of the Victoria 67 WONDERFUL for six years before taking command of SYLENE.
Greatly appreciated by his former owners for his calm & kindness, as well as his professionalism, rigor, and high capability for organizing everything for them during their extensive use. Gérald also excels in technical fields which makes him a real asset for a brand-new vessel.
Always attentive to the comfort and well-being on board, he is also very gifted in preparing delicious cocktails for his guests!

When Cloé was a kid, the only person who could cook a real good meal was her father. She liked to watch him and then she started helping him.
Over the years it has become a real competition between them. It made her want to learn more, so she decided to join a cooking school.
After graduating, Cloé started working in different types of restaurants in France and then abroad. She started in England, where She learned to exchange and share with colleagues from all over the world and who made her want to travel more through her work. She therefore continued her journey through Europe (England, Italy, Scotland, Norway, Switzerland) and then through the Caribbean.
In 2018, the famous Orient Express train decided for the first time since its creation, to hire two women in the kitchen. Cloé had the chance to be selected and to live a unique work experience.
Then in 2022, following the delivery of a catamaran to Greece, she fell in love with sailing and that’s why she wanted to associate it with her work.

After more than ten years of experience as fitness coach as well as in various position in event management in France, Saint Pierre et Miquelon and Switzerland, Marina decided to turn her life toward other passions: Ocean and travels.
Marina runs all deck equipment, having a good knowledge in maintenance she is assisting our Captain in every fields. Very active on deck, her primary concern at sea or at anchor is the guest´s comfort and satisfaction.
With her naturally dynamic personality, she is always ready for you to have good time and fun.
Thanks to her versatile skills, she would be also delighted to organize fitness sessions depending on guest desires (yoga, Pilate, aerolatino) and supervising nautical activities in perfect safety.

Very organized and with an eye for detail, she is taking care of all the tasks inside the yacht while respecting guest’s expectations and activities. Serving guests is what makes her shine.

Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

The best vacations ever !!! One week was not enough time to share with this wonderful crew.
Since the moment we step in the boat,everyone was so welcoming! Through all of our days here there was always a 1001 disposition to make us feel comfortable and happy!
The captain is very knowadeable about all the best spots to swim n the Coast and he is always happy about helping the guests do water sports. He is alaways taking care of all the people while swimming and making sure that everyone is safe. Captain Gerald´s good mood, easiness and contaging positive vibe is awesome! and such an importanT part of the experience.
Alexia and her cooking skills... oh my god! all the snacks and dinners were not only delicious but beautifly decorated. She was always spoiling us with things that we liked ans was very creative with all her selecton of paltes! She is so caring and is always creative to make us feel at home .
Marina is 24/7 taking care of everyone at the boat! Plus, she has a great sense of humor. Marina also has great dance skills that she showed us when organizing a super fun party with Luna always smiling ans always ready to help us have some fun in the sea.Lunan is a sweatheart and always positive and smiling. Thank you for all the amazing cocktails.

“I had a debrief with my client this morning, and despite the rather unfavourable weather conditions the past few days, he appeared to be very pleased with their stay.
He mentioned that they could not fault the crew for trying to go above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and he wishes to thank the Owner again for the generous offer of an additional days’ stay, as well as helping to secure the allusive table at La Vague d’Or on the Saturday evening.
Crew were incredibly respectful of guests’ private space and made sure noise levels were kept to a minimum during breakfast set-up.

The week just flew by an we enjoyed every moment. Beautiful landscapes, dreamy italian villages and the kindest people, cristal clear waters all roundest off by the great cuisine prepared with so much love by our excellent Chef Alexia.
The captain Gerald found lovely places for us to stay the night and enjoy the water. Knowing the area perfectly, he showed us all the must seas and the secret spots.
Marina was not only the perfect deck-hand but also our determined fitness coach who created wave friends but demanding workouts for us.
Last but not least Alexia´s daughter Loanna was not only a superb stewardess who catered us to our every needs, surrounding drinks and dinning but even provided excellent massages making the week even more relaxing.
days filled with harmony, laughs and joy in a group of wonderful friends and a perfect crew.
