Captain – Thalis Orologas

Captain Thalis holds a Captain Class A´ Diploma. He carries over 30 years of maritime and yachting experience, responsible for the overall command, safe navigation, technical management and crew leadership. Before joining M/Y Can´t Remember, he commanded a wide range of private and charter yachts, including M/Y Lydia S , M/Y Nova, M/Y Lady L, M/S Aegean Schatz, M/S Aphrodite, M/Y Seralia, and managed the operations of M/Y Princess L, M/S Spirit L. Thalis oversees all yacht operations, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, guest experience and charter execution, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism and operational excellence. With extensive cruising experience throughout Greece, he has an exceptional knowledge of the country´s hidden bays, secluded gulfs and lesser-known anchorages, enabling guests to discover unique destinations beyond the typical cruising routes. He has also participated in the Spetses Classic Yacht Race (2011, 2012, 2016, 2022) and the Regatta Agistri (2012). He speaks English and enjoys travelling.

Engineer – Pantelis Papachristodoulou

Chief Engineer Pandelis Papachristodoulou brings over 18 years of engineering experience across luxury yachts and cruise ships. Since joining M/Y Can´t Remember in 2026, he is responsible for the yacht´s technical operation, preventive maintenance, engineering systems, and ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance at sea. His career includes serving as Chief Engineer on M/Y Love T, M/Y Iravati and previous tenures aboard Can´t Remember, as well as technical management with V.Ships Leisure in Monaco and project engineering for Carnival Cruise Line´s fleet-wide scrubber installation program. Holding a Chief Engineer Certificate, a Bachelor of Engineering from the Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the University of Monaco, Pandelis combines extensive technical expertise with strong management skills to deliver the highest standards of reliability and guest comfort.

Chef – George Papadakis

Chef George was born in 1978 and he is a Greek national. He is a graduate of Culinary Arts in Athens and he is an experienced yacht chef with over 15 years of professional culinary expertise across fine dining establishments. Before joining M/Y Can’t Remember in 2026, he has worked at various famous restaurants, such as Apagio Fish Restaurant in Poros, demonstrating strong capability in high pressure. Fluent in English, George is recognized for his professionalism, creativity and ability to consistently deliver high quality culinary experiences onboard.

Chief Stewardess – Genny Thomopoulou

Jenny joined M/Y Can´t Remember as Chief Stewardess in 2026, bringing nearly a decade of experience aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 30m to 60m. Before joining Can’t Remember, she has offered her services on board various yachts including M/Y Natalia V,M/Y Hubo, M/Y Atalanti,M/Y Aqua Libra and several other luxury yachts, she is responsible for leading the interior team, delivering impeccable guest service, overseeing housekeeping, laundry, table settings, provisioning and ensuring every aspect of the onboard experience meets the highest standards. With a strong hospitality background, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences, Jenny combines professionalism, discretion and attention to detail to provide first-class service throughout every charter. She speaks English and enjoys travelling.

Stewardess – Alkistis Moutafi

Alkistis joined M/Y Can´t Remember in 2026, bringing experience from both private and charter yachts up to 44m, including M/Y Prometheus, M/Y Gala I, M/Y The Star, S/Y Allure, M/Y Loana, and M/Y Vista. Passionate about exceptional guest service, she is responsible for housekeeping, laundry, table service, cabin preparation, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day interior operation. Holding all required STCW certifications, a Bachelor´s degree in Photography and Audiovisual Arts, Alkistis combines professionalism, attention to detail, creativity, and a warm, welcoming approach to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable experience on board. She speaks English and enjoys travelling.

Deckhand – Vangelis Markakis

Vangelis is an experienced and disciplined maritime professional with over 30 years of yachting experience on private and charter vessels up to 35.6m. Vangelis joined M/Y CAN’T REMEMBER in 2026 and since then he is responsible for deck operations, mooring procedures, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring high standards of vessel presentation and safety. Strong background in navigation watchkeeping, anchoring, tender handling and full deck maintenance including sanding, painting, polishing and care of wooden and stainless-steel structures. Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professionalism and guest satisfaction. Vangelis speaks English and enjoys travelling.

Deckhand – Nikos Chrysakis

Nikos is a highly skilled and dedicated maritime professional with over six years of hands-on experience in deck operations and vessel maintenance. He has studied Business Administration and he is recognized for his problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail and reliability in high-pressure environments. Nikos speaks English and enjoys swimming.
