Having captained the successful charter yacht Lady Soul, Kemal is well-versed in the high standards and attention to detail that charter guests expect. He is known for his calm leadership, excellent seamanship, and proactive approach to safety, always prioritizing the wellbeing of guests, crew, and vessel.

Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on fresh seafood, Emiliano is also trained in pastry, sushi, and Thai cuisine, allowing him to create innovative fusion dishes. His extensive background includes working aboard prestigious yachts ranging from 30m to 56m, catering to high-profile owners and charter guests. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Emiliano is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

Elena is a seasoned Chief Stewardess with over a decade of experience aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 30m to 124m. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional guest service, and strong leadership, Elena brings a calm, professional presence to every charter. Her expertise spans silver service, event planning, inventory management, and interior set-up, making her an invaluable asset on board. Having worked with a variety of nationalities and management styles, she is highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments. Fluent in English and holding both Ukrainian and French residency, Elena now leads the interior team on board EST OFF, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and unforgettable.

Meletis Oikonomopoulos

Meletis, born in 1987, is a Greek graduate of the Kesen Maritime School who holds an engineering certificate. He started his career on board the 133-metre superyacht, Al Mirqab, on which he gained a thorough understanding of how a well-organised team must work moving up the rank from the deck to the engine room. With already 5 years of experience prior to joining the team of BEST OFF, Meletios has a meticulous attitude towards engineering work and yacht maintenance. He is well trained in various sea toys and tenders while taking care to always keep them in top condition. In addition, he is a PADI-certified open-water diver as well as an RYA-licensed power boat handler. Meletis loves music and travelling.

With a background in Marine Transportation and extensive hands-on experience, Ronaldo excels in watchkeeping, docking operations, and detailed maintenance tasks such as polishing and teak maintenance. Rolando´s dedication to teamwork, his proactive approach, and his skill in engine room assistance and bilge cleaning make him a valuable crew member. He is fluent in English and Filipino and brings a positive and hardworking attitude to the team, aiming to continually improve and contribute effectively to the yacht´s operations.

With several years of hospitality experience and a strong background in yachting, Angelie brings professionalism, dedication, and a warm spirit to her role as Second Stewardess aboard M/Y BEST OFF. She previously served as Stewardess on the 65m M/Y Wedge Too and as Crew Chef on the 50m M/Y Olmida, where she developed strong service, housekeeping, and provisioning skills. Passionate about guest satisfaction and team collaboration, Angelie is a reliable and detail-oriented crew member who thrives in busy charter environments.
