Having worked with a variety of nationalities and management styles, she is highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments. Wilfredo has previously served as Chief Engineer on M/Y Mac One (33m Custom Line) and as Second Engineer on the 40m M/Y Leudin 1. Wilfredo is solutions-driven, meticulous in preventative maintenance, and responsive under pressure - qualities essential for maintaining guest comfort and safety during high-demand periods. His calm, professional presence onboard is a key asset to the crew and a reassuring one for guests.

Originally from South Africa, Jared brings strong watersports expertise and a proactive attitude to the team. He holds a speed boat licence (RYA Powerboat Level 2) and is a certified Jetski Instructor (RYA PWC Instructor), ensuring guest safety and enjoyment during all water-based activities. With experience across multiple charter yachts in the Mediterranean, Jared is known for his strong work ethic, excellent tender handling skills, and hands-on approach to all deck operations.

Originally from Australia, Kylie is a certified yoga instructor and former occupational therapist with a strong background in luxury hospitality. Her attention to detail, adaptability, and guest-focused mindset make her a valuable asset onboard, ensuring a seamless and memorable charter experience.
