CHEF
Marielle Loffler
Marielle grew up with a love for food, culture, and connection - values that now shape her life as a yacht chef. With seven years of yoga teaching experience and a deep passion for creating nourishing meals, she brings a calm, soulful energy to life onboard.
After completing her degree in Optometry in Germany, she realized she wasn’t quite ready for the 9 - 5 life. Craving adventure and experiences, she set off to travel and eventually found her way into yachting - a perfect blend of her passion for food, people, and the sea.
Over the past three years, Marielle has worked on charters across Europe and the Caribbean, creating fresh, inspiring meals that reflect her travels. Time spent in Central America, New Zealand, and India sparked a deep love for local cuisines, and she now brings that inspiration into every dish she prepares.
Whether it’s a vibrant lunch spread or a cozy, home-style dinner, Marielle’s focus is always on flavor, balance, and guest satisfaction.
Initially self-taught in the galley, she completed a professional Culinary Yacht Chef Course last year to refine her skills and deepen her knowledge - combining her hands-on experience with formal training.
