Captain
CAPTAIN - Nikos Papadias (Greek)
Captain Nikos was born in 1981 in Piraeus and he is married. He counts over 16 years of experience in the yachting industry. Among other diplomas, he holds the Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers School of Aspropyrgos (STCW), Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boat and Certificate First Aid. Captain Nikos is a very cooperative and patient person, always driven by the intention to enhance his skills. In his free time, he likes fishing, water sports and spending time with his family. He speaks Greek and English.
CHEF - Georgiana Stanciu (Romanian)
Georgiana was born in 1974 in Bucharest. She holds a MSc in Food Chemistry of the University of Bucharest. She has more than 15 years of experience as a stewardess at five-star hotels and cruise ships and more than five years in the yachting industry. Also, she is a great and passionate cooker specialized in Mediterranean cuisine. Georgiana displays a high level of attention to detail and organization which are essential attributes for her role. Guests will enjoy her hospitality skills, her delicious dishes, and her kind personality. She speaks Greek, Romanian, English fluently, French and German.
STEWARDESS - Popy Sdrali (Greek)
Popy is 43 years old and has excellent service skills having worked many years in Four Seasons Astir Palace. This is her second year in the yachting industry, and she really loves her job. Her expert knowledge in housekeeping, attention to detail and willingness to help, make her a valuable member of SOFIA D team. She speaks Greek and English.
DECKHAND/SAILOR - Konstantinos Pottakis (Greek)
Konstantinos is 21 years old. He joined the yachting industry recently. He is an enthusiastic young man who is willing to learn, enjoys being part of a team and has a pleasant and kind personality. He holds a speed boat license. Konstantinos will ensure the guests´ safety and comfort onboard SOFIA D. He speaks Greek and English.

Sofia D Rates / week
The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: €26,000
High price: €31,000
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

To Sofia D crew,
This trip is by far one of the best trips we´ve been on. It exceeding all of our expectations. Every island was so different and had so much to do. The Seabob was our favorite thing to use but loved all the toys.
Every meal was delicious and filling. Our favorite part of the trip was getting tendered to Milos and the cliff jumping. This crew knew exactly where to take us. Every destination was perfect and fully endulged us in the Greek culture.
And lastly, the crew
these four individuals were some of the most kind and friendly people we have ever met. They were always ready and wanting to help. They even called a doctor for my friend whose foot was swollen. They even took us to see some Greek nightlife and we absolutely loved it!
I couldn´t imagine a Greek experience without Sofia D and the crew.

Wow! Thank you so much for an incredible week seeing the greek islands. The caves, the small villages,the delicious meals and the spectacular scenery made our time here an once in a lifetime experience. We are so grateful for all your knowledgeable suggestions.
